Unfortunately, most coaching programs fall into one of two categories: they just teach you what to do without the support to apply it, or they teach a bunch of theory without practical strategies.

You know that it’s not enough to just teach someone what to do. If that worked, you wouldn't be here looking for help with your child. You need someone to guide you step-by-step and coach you at each step along the way to reach your goals. And you also realize that having a coach just teach you theory without practical strategies is nothing more than acquiring "head knowledge", and most parents I talk to have plenty of that.

The truth is that many coaches are guiding adoptive parents from a place of little or no actual lived experience so they don't really know what it takes to create lasting results. Their programs are often built with the focus on changing your child. However, our program's foundation is based on the fact that you can only change yourself. When you learn how to most affectively manage your own emotions and decode your child, their walls begin to come down. That is when you begin to see them change; and it's a heart change, not just behavior modification. Doing it any other way only leads to more frustration, broken trust, and division.
